We were recently appointed to carry out full external refurbishment for St Paul’s Court, a private gated development in West Kensington, London. Our team completed DOFF cleaning of the entire building as part of the external refurbishment, before repairing and rebonding all render surfaces.

Full decoration was then carried out, with servicing of all windows, resulting in a highly attractive and improved functional living space for residents. The £200,000 project was carried out over a 12-week period. Our speed of delivery and implementation of health & safety systems while undertaking the work ensured minimal inconvenience to residents throughout.

The Buildings and Property Manager at St Paul’s Court said, “We employed Invisible Group over a period of some two years in a phased project. They gave a good service as far as the finished product was concerned and gave good technical advice all the way through the contracts. They were able to deal with variations to the contract as they arose and were not ‘claims’ oriented in their approach. As this location dealt in part with a 1960s block of high value flats, they had dealings with both individual residents as well as the Maintenance trustee and we were pleased with their approach in this respect”.
