Vincent House, a prestigious block located at one of London’s most historic private squares, required full redecoration and refurbishment.
The solution
Typically, block decorating and renovation for a property of this size requires a greater number of workers and for this large scale project, we allocated a 10-man team. Full redecoration and refurbishment, including all internal wooden doors, brass kick plates, handles and replacement of carpets, was achieved within 4 weeks.
